Question: Do you have local pick up at your locations.
Answer: Yes, during the checkout options you will be able to select customer pickup at either our Fairfield or Florence locations. We will email you once your order is available for pickup.

Question: Is your site secure?
Answer: Yes, we use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket (SSL) to keep your order information secure.

Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday

Question: How will I be notified of my order confirmation?
Answer: Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If for any reason any of the information is incorrect please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes.

Question: How will I be notified of shipping confirmation?
Answer: As soon as your order ships we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking numbers. To check the shipping status click on the tracking number and you will be directed to the UPS with the tracking information.

Question: Can I check my order through your website?
Answer: No, at this time we do not offer a tracking service through our site.

Question: How do I return an item?
Answer: Please contact us by phone at 800-582-2798 or by email at shipstore@hernmarine.com . We will issue you a Return Authorization number which will expedite your claim.
